Prince Property Management Services (PPMS), is a sister concern of Prince Foundations Limited which is into facilitation and management of various commercial properties of Prince in and around Chennai totaling to about 15,04,095 sq.ft. Since the company has a hands-on and efficient property management team with years of experience in the routine maintenance and facility management verticals this new vertical was set up alongside the parent company to extend some value added services to its investors.

Details of Properties maintained by PPMS

  1. Prince Infocity I, OMR, Kandanchavadi; Basement+13 floors with a total super built up area of 3,23,642 sq.ft.
  2. Prince Infocity II, OMR, Kandanchavadi; Basement+ Stilt+ 13 Floors with a total super built up area of 7,82,386 sq.ft.
  3. Prince Kushal Tower, Anna Salai; Ground+7 Floors with a total super built up area of 1,29,685 sq.ft.
  4. Prince Tower, College Road, Nungambakkam; G+9 Floors with a total super built up area of 81,201 sq.ft
  5. Prince Technopark, Thoraipakkam; G+7 Floors with a total super built up area of 1,87,181 sq.ft.

In particular, PPMS provides property management services such as Leasing and outright sale, Security, house-keeping, equipment maintenance, landscaping, fit out insurance and renewals amongst other specific maintenance activities as listed below

  • Maintenance of Exterior of Demised Premises
  • Maintenance and repairs of Sanitary System outside the Office Premises
  • Maintenance and repairs of Drains
  • Maintenance and repairs of Gutters
  • Maintenance and repairs of External Pipes
  • Cleaning of common areas pathways, staircases, landings, lobbies, passages, etc.
  • Management of uninterrupted water for general purposes
  • Repairs and maintenance of E.B.Room, Panel Boards, Transformers.
  • Repairs and maintenance of Common Generators
  • Running maintenance and AMC of Common Generators, Lifts, Firefighting Equipment's and other common amenities
  • Removal of Garbage's from each floor of the Building.
  • Removal of Waste water/ Sewage and the remains from S.T.P
  • Parking Management of Two and Four Wheelers
  • Monitoring and screening the visitors and maintain the records thereof.
  • S.T.P Operations / supply of consumables for STP
  • Garden Maintenance / Plants
  • Firefighting / Equipment maintenance.
  • Licensing formalities for Fire/ Lift etc.
  • Shall co-ordinate with all Owners/Occupants to collect and pay the Monthly EB payments, and all other statutory dues to various Government Agencies

Currently PPMS manages only commercial properties and has plans to foray into residential segment as well in the near future. PPMS follows best practices to ensure that the occupants at our commercial properties and employees of companies at our commercial developments are accorded the best comfort.
