He is an Ex-banker with 17 years of experience with Bharat Overseas Bank. He takes care of the entire Administration and Fund Management besides all Legal Documentations.

Mr.Devesh Bhuva
General Manager – Land Sourcing, Approvals and Marketing
Qualification: B.Com & PGDSM(Sales & Marketing) from National Institute of Sales(N.I.S.). He is known for identifying prime lands and completing all the due diligences for clearing the titles of the lands, Assistance in designing of projects and getting Approvals from all statutory authorities in record time. He is also responsible for Sales & Marketing of all Residential and IT Projects.

Mr.Jagdish Davey
General Manager – Finance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant. He started his Professional Practice from 1982. He was involved in establishment of a manufacturing unit for surgical equipments and a Pharmaceutical Distribution Unit. He has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. He brings his immense experience in taxation to the Company.

Mr.Bharat Sheth
General Manager – Purchase
Qualification: B.Sc. He has 35 + years of experience in the areas of distribution and supply management of consumer goods across various categories. His expertise in purchasing domain comes from his strong understanding of supply chain and leveraging that knowledge to meet the procurement requirements of materials & services which helps the organization in meeting the strong quality commitments made to its customers and managing the budget aspect of the project which helps deliver cost effective and quality end products.
