Answer: Yes.
2. Where can we verify the original document?

3. Is the project approved by required statutory authorities?
Answer: Yes, the project is approved by CMDA & the approval No is B/splbldg/54atop/2010 dated: 05-02-2010
4. What is the schedule time of completion?
Answer: By June 2012 we are handing over the First Phase. By December 2012 we are handing over the Second phase
5. Do you have tie–up with banks for processing home loans?
Answer: We have tie up with more than 10 banks for home loan
6. At what stage the agreements are made?
Answer: The agreements are made as per the payment schedule
7. What would be the carpet area of the flat?
Answer: 72% effiencency
8. What is the percentage of UDS allotted?
Answer: Approximately 50%
9. Has the construction started?
Answer: Yes, by Feb 2010
10. At what stage will the corpus fund be handed over to the association?
Answer: The corpus fund will be handed over to the association as soon as the association is formed.
11. How long will the developer maintain the premises?
Answer: Six months from the date of handing over of premises or till the association is formed
12. Are minor alterations/changes permitted in the flat?
Answer: No
13. What is the meaning of carpet area, built up area & saleable area?
Answer: Carpet Area: This is the area of the apartment / building which does not include the area covered by the walls. Built up Area: The carpet area plus the area of the walls. Super Built up Area: This includes the built up area along with the area under common spaces such as the lobby, lifts, stairs, etc
14. Is the building earth quake resistance?
Answer: Yes
15. Is there any cancellation charges?
Answer: Till you enter in to agreement for sale & construction there are no cancellation charges.
